Our practice is accepting new patients of all ages, as well as second opinions. Whether you have dental insurance or are paying out of pocket, we’ll work with you to ensure your dental care fits your goals – and your budget!
Preparing For Your First Visit
To ensure we have all the information needed to best care for you, please bring the following items to your first appointment:
- A list of your medications.
- Dental x-rays from your previous dentist (if taken within a year).
- Your Insurance Information (if applicable).
- Your Primary Care Physician’s name and contact information (and/or specialists you see).
During your visit, we will also spend some time reviewing your medical and dental history, any allergies or chronic health conditions we should be aware of.
